The enquiry form

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Your name, email address, and travel details are not submitted to a website database. They stay on the page until you choose to open your email app or copy them. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear the form.

When you send an email

If you send the prepared email, your message is handled by your email provider and Ted Tour’s email service. We use the details you share to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested travel arrangements. Please avoid including passport numbers or payment card details in an initial enquiry.

Website technology

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website.

External services

Links to maps, official travel information, and photo sources open external services with their own privacy practices. Opening an email draft also uses the email application configured on your device.
